The Real Estate Services page is an effort to have a number of tools and information available in one location for the real estate sector in our community, whether you're a realtor, title company, or the general public. Our goal is to develop this page from your input, so please let us know what you would like to see in this section.

The error will be researched and corrected where appropriate. Your feedback is important in determining the type of and demand for services needed by the public.

The Assessor has developed this web page to enhance Internet services to the public. Currently you may research assessment information for individual parcels.
Grantor Grantee Index (Clerk-Recorder-Assessor)
This site provides official document index searches by name and/or document type for any period of time from 1989 to present. The search capability will soon be extended back to 1975.

Tax Bill Breakdown (Auditor-Controller)
View breakdown of secured property tax bills. This site will display how tax dollars are allocated for specific properties. Tax bill searches can be done by parcel number or by address. Searches can be either parcel specific or for an entire street.
Pay Property Taxes on-line (Treasurer-Tax Collector)
This site allows you to pay your property tax bills on-line. Bills can be paid with a credit card or by e-check. Tax bill searches can be done by parcel number, bill number or by address. Searches results can also be presented by street with multiple parcel results listed.
Supplemental Tax Bill Estimator (Treasurer-Tax Collector)
This is found in the Treasurer-Tax Collector on-line bill payment site. This provides an estimate of the supplemental bill when a purchase price for a property is known or contemplated.
Find My Zoning (Planning & Development)
This site allows you to find zoning designations for parcels located in the unincorporated areas.
Zoning Ordinances (Planning & Development)
This site provides Portable Document Format (PDF) copies of Santa Barbara County zoning ordinances.
County Surveyor Maps (Public Works)
This site provides copies of all Record Maps, Surveyor Parcel Maps and Lot Split Maps.
Permit History by Parcel (Planning and Development)
